If you receive a shipping box that is damaged, tampered with, or does not have the official RRC branded tape, we recommend rejecting the delivery (this includes prepaid orders). Please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue or processing a refund, as applicable.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day, with an estimated delivery time of:

• 3-5 business days for Delhi-NCR.
• 2-4 business days for the rest of India.

(Working days exclude Sundays and National Holidays.)

The delivery timelines provided are based on the average performance of previous orders. While most orders are delivered within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur in specific cases. We always aim to expedite shipping to the best of our ability.

• Recipient being unavailable or uncontactable.
• Incorrect shipping addresses.
