For specific issues such as a wrong item delivered, an item damaged inside the box (but the shipping box is intact), or a missing item in the order, customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Supporting evidence, such as images or videos of the packaging box and the product, is required in these cases. Please note, the standard 7-day return window will not apply for these claims.
